Standard processing is 1‑4 weeks for Tier 3. Tier 4 may take longer due to historical research. Rush processing is not available.
Is there a fee for redemption?
No upfront fees. QFS deducts a small administrative fee (1‑2%) from the redemption amount, disclosed before final approval.
Can I redeem bonds held in a trust or estate?
Yes. Submit trust documents or probate letters along with the bond certificates. Additional verification may be required.
